C: Boiler and Heating (+ additional gas appliances will be charged per appliance). We will check that the boiler has been correctly installed and commissioned. We will also check the condition and performance of the radiators and valves. With a visual inspection and testing of showers and taps. Operation of heating controls, timers and thermostatic valves, inspection of loft and storage tanks.

D: Boiler and Heating (+a additional gas appliances will be charged per appliance). We will check that the boiler has been correctly installed and commissioned. We will also check the condition and performance of the radiators and valves. With a visual inspection and testing of showers and taps. Operation of heating controls, timers and thermostatic valves, inspection of loft and storage tanks. As well as drains camera footage, with a full report of external drain condition.
